On Sunday, August 4th, Camelot Fabrics and Mothers of Professional Basketball Players (MPBP) launched the #SewSocial Project, a national initiative to truly impact children’s lives dealing with abuse or life-threatening illnesses that are in need of comfort and tenderness.
Starting now until December, the public is invited to take part in the #SewSocial Project and create their own virtual quilt block via the #SewSocial microsite (www.camelotfabrics.com/sew-social) with their own messages of hope and love. The public quilt blocks will be used as centerpieces for the lap quilts to be donated to Quilts for Kids Foundation along with the ones made by Lucille O’Neal and the Mothers of Professional Basketball Players.
